500 g Meat-free Mince
300 g Italian Tomato Puree
3 Tbsp Sunflower Oil
250-300 ml Water
1 Tsp Spoon Salt
1/2 Tsp Pepper
1 Tsp Sweet Pepper
1 Tbsp Mixed Herbs
Peel, wash & chop the onion into small chunks, peel& wash the garlic and cut them into tiny pices.
Heat the oil in a pan, then add the onion and garlic and fry them for about 1 minute.
Add the minced meat and stir it until golden brown.
Add the canned tomatoes to the meat. Let it simmer for about 3-5 minutes until the tomatos are cooked. Then add the water.
Season with salt, pepper, sweet pepper and mixed herbs.
Cook for 5 minutes.
800 g Spaghetti
3/4 Tsp Salt
2.5 l Water
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Bring the water to boil. Add the salt, oil and then the Spaghetti.
Check the Spaghetti package for the exact cooking time – it should be around 9-12 minutes.
Pour the cooked Spaghetti in a colander and rinse under cold water.
