As I have promises in my last post ‘6 Weeks Holiday Program Week Five *Soul Vitamins*’, here is the video about the Fruit & Chocolate Kebabs;
This is what you need to make you own Fruit & Chocolate Kebabs:
1 Banana
10 Strawberries
100g Milk chocolate
4 Kebab sticks
I hope you enjoy making them with your children and of cause eating them when they are ready!
Making fruit and chocolate kebabs is a quick and easy fun activity for kids. The kitchen utensils used for this are easy to handle – even for little children. Most children love strawberries and bananas.
But in case that your children dislike strawberries or bananas or in case you children are allergic to this type of fruit, you can easily replace the fruit with any other.
I have used grapes, pears, apples, pineapple and mango for this before and it was as delicious as these were.
You can replace the milk chocolate with either white chocolate or dark chocolate, or a mix of the 3 chocolate flavours. Another option would be to roll the kebabs in sprinkles or nuts.
Making fruit and chocolate kebabs is not only a summer activity, but can be done at any time of the year, so again just use fruit that is in season at the time.
All the Best,
xxx Naomi
