Some of our habits can be counterproductive in terms of our goals and aims in life.
Daily routines and commitments also have the ability to derail what we should do more of, do less of or take the focus of things we shouldn’t do at all. Eating while watching TV, for instance, as we lose track of the amount we may eat, or stop gossiping in the office, as somebody may feel really upset about it. I guess you know what I mean…
On the other side there are many things we should do more of, like going to the gym, meditate or spend uninterrupted time with our loved once.
Therefore, I challenge you to consider each of the following 6 aspects, which I believe all play a huge part in the quality of our life and possibly even affect the life of others.
